- Removing all waste bins, garbage containers through out premises to central disposal location
- Replace bin liners as required (to be supplied by customer/contractor)
- Empty and wet wipe ashtrays
Dust and clean
- All desk tops and legs, chairs, exposed skirting boards, window ledges, tops of cupboards and cabinets.
- All horizontal ledges and work surfaces attended for dust elimination.
- Overall damp wipe all table tops and sides
- Spot clean doors, light switches, walls, cabinets and work benches removing stains and hand marks.
- Removal of any webs from corners of walls and ceiling.
Vacuum all areas–Carpet, hard floor, tiles
- Remove loose paper and other rubbish/litter
- Full vacuum clean all open floor carpet and tiled surfaces
Kitchen/Dining/Tea rooms
- Clean counter/bench tops
- Clean & wipe stainless steel sink & wall by sink
- Remove dust & marks from outside faces of cupboards, refrigerator, microwave & Oven
- Spot clean walls & doors
- Remove stains & food crumbs/build up
- Empty & clean garbage bins
- Vacuum/sweep & damp mop floors
- Leave area spotlessly clean and tidy
Bathroom/Restrooms
- Clean Shower& bathtub
- Polish clean & remove hand marks and stains from all taps, metal fittings, hand basin & mirrors (using non-abrasive cleanser & disinfectant)
- Spot clean doors, wall tiles, screens & wet wipe painted walls
- Clean & disinfect toilet bowls, seats & Urinals
- Empty bins
- Replenish supplies of towels, soap & tissues
- Mop and maintain floors
(All equipments, consumables and materials used in these areas are not used anywhere else for hygienic purposes)
Lift, lobby/reception
- Clean glass entrance doors & surrounding areas
- Vacuum clean carpeted areas including rugs
- Thoroughly sweep & mop tile floors

- All floors including sweeping, mopping all tiled areas using biodegradable safe & user friendly products leaving your floors looking and smelling fresh.
- Buffing Marley/vinyl floors for commercial businesses
Move-out/move-in cleaning
- A thorough once over head to toe service consisting of all the services and requested optional extras.
